NexGen Barbell Warranty

MuscleDriver USA offers a Lifetime Performance Warranty and a 30 Day Limited Aesthetic Warranty on all barbells purchased through MuscleDriver USA and it's group of Authorized Resellers. When you purchase a barbell from MuscleDriver USA you will receive a warranty card. In order for all warranties to be in effect warranty cards must be filled out and sent back within 30 days of purchase. We will soon be offering a downloadable PDF version of the warranty card.

Lifetime Performance Warranty
MuscleDriver USA warranties against any major defects, such as bending, knurling defects, collar spin, and coating issues. These are major issues that effect the overall performance of the bar. Only issues that effect the overall performance of the bar are covered under the Lifetime Performance Warranty.

30 Day Limited Aesthetic Warranty
MuscleDriver USA offers a 30 Aesthetic Warranty for all Barbells purchased. If you receive a bar that has minor flaws such as stratches or knicks we will replace the bar only if it is within 30 days of purchase. Minor stratches and knicks are regarded as common wear and tear on bars over their life span. Most wear and tear issues occur when storing or racking the bar, not during its actual use. The more a bar is cared for these less wear and tear it will experience.

Discontinued Pendlay Barbell Limited Warranty
All discontinued Pendlay Barbells (non-Nexgen Bars) are still under a limited warranty. MuscleDriver USA reserves the right to cancel the discontinued bar limited warranty at any time. All barbells (except Econs*) are only warranted for catastrophic performance failing issues such as substantial bending or collars falling off. Minor scratches, nicks and dents are considered normal wear and tear. Also, minor chrome flaking issues or black zinc fading are considered normal wear and tear for the old bars. Below is a chart of what bars we can replace and it's replacement bar under the catastrophic performance failing clause. Due to this policy recently being abused by sending back bars with no issues to get the current upgrade we require that we receive sufficient images or video to determine the bar is unusable (i.e. collar falling off). Also, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

*Econs 15kg & 20kg are warranted up to a $150 credit and Econ 10kg are warranted up to a $120 credit.
