The MDUSA Sandbag System can be filled with combinations of sand "Filler" bags or with any combination of three "Slammer" medicine balls. The Max weight of the Standard Shell is 80lbs of sand (two large filler bags with 40 Lbs of sand each) or 90 Lbs of Slammer Balls (3 x 30lb Slammer Balls).The Max weight of the XL shell is 110 Lbs of sand (three filler bags with 35 Lbs of Sand) or 150 Lbs of Slammer Balls (3* 50 Lb Slammer Balls).
