Our Policies

This page is information about our order fulfillment process and policies. If you have any additional questions please contact us. Please scroll down to read all of MuscleDriver USA, LLC policies below.

Shipping Policies
Shipping costs are based on actual UPS and USPS (Postal Service) rates. There are several options available and all shipping costs can be calculated in the shopping cart and during checkout. Below are all the shipping options we offer.

UPS Shipping Methods - UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd day Air, and UPS Next Day Air.

USPS Priority Mail & Parcel Post - Anybody can choose Priority Mail or Parcel Post but there is a single package weight restriction of 70lbs. Military personnel overseas have to use one of these two methods when placing an order. If you are ordering Kettlebells and are using one of these two shipping methods you cannot order sizes larger than 28kg. There is not any restrictions on quantity, just single package weight.

Free Shipping - Free Shipping applies only to the continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO's will need to contact MuscleDriver for shipping quotes.

Freight Shipping - Freight shipping can be used if orders are unusually large. If you think your order will be shipping via freight please contact us at 1-866-334-6674 for rates and delivery dates.

Package Tracking
UPS Tracking - All UPS tracking can be done through the order confirmation email or the ship notification email. Please provide a legitimate email address if you wish to track your package. After you track your package, if there is anything unusual with the status of your package (i.e. Exception) please feel free to call us at 1-866-334-6674 or you can call 1-800-Pick-UPS to speak directly with the carrier you choose.

Freight Tracking - If your order shipped via freight carrier please contact us at 1-866-334-6674 if you would like a freight pro number for tracking your order. Please be aware that it may take MuscleDriverUSA.com up to 24 hours after the order is shipped to receive the freight pro number from the freight company.

Payment Information
If you are paying with a debit card or credit card we accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. All credt card transactions will process through MuscleDriver USA, LLC.

Orders shipping to South Carolina locations will have a sales tax of 7%. If you are located in South Carolina and are a tax exempt entity (i.e. a school) please call your order in at 1-866-334-6674. Orders shipping outside of South Carolina will not incur a sales tax.

Secure Ordering at MuscleDriver USA, LLC
All online transactions at MuscleDriverUSA.com are handled with a 128-bit SSL encryption certificate and our site is hosted on 3dCart's award winning platform. When you enter your personal information and credit card number into the online checkout, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. If you have any further questions about our security please feel free to contact us.

Order Acceptance and FulFillment
After you place an order with us, an invoice for your order will appear onscreen and will also be emailed to you. You can also use this confirmation email to track your package (UPS only) after your order is shipped. Please print the onscreen page and save the email for your records.

If the billing address on your order does not match the billing address for the credit card the order will not ship. MuscleDriverUSA.com uses a national AVS matching system that verifies every credit card billing address that is used on the site. If the incorrect billing address is provided we will email you and ask you to provide the correct billing address; if that information is not provided within two weeks the order will be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If a fraudulent credit card is used on our site we will notify the cardholder's bank and contact the cardholder immediately.

Return Policies
Incorrect Item Received - If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so we can ship the proper items to you and give you instructions on returning any errors or damages.

Damaged Product Received - All products are warranted free of manufacturer defects for 90 days from invoice date. No other warranty, written or implied exists unless noted on the website. Please contact us immediately so we can ship the proper items.

Unsatisfied with Product - If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or credit towards another purchase. All returns require a Return Authorization number. There is a 15% restocking fee for refund requests for standard fabricated and free shipping items. Any shipping charges that were incurred on the order are non-refundable. Please contact us for an RA # before items are returned.

Custom or Fabricated Item Return Policy - Unfortunately due to the customization of our products, custom or fabricated items are not able to be returned. These products include but are not limited to: any fabricated item with a color other than the standard color, products customized to length specified including ropes and stag racking. If you have questions in regard to what is considered a fabricated product, please call customer service in advance of placing the order.

Return Shipping Costs - With the exception of shipping errors, damages or defective products, all shipping costs back to MuscleDriver USA, LLC are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges unless a product is defective.
